LeanGo MES — When Lean Meets Industry 4.0
LeanGo MES is a Manufacturing Execution System built for modern production floors. Designed for operators, maintenance teams, production managers, and plant leadership, LeanGo MES delivers real-time equipment breakdown alerts, structured escalation workflows, and full breakdown lifecycle tracking — all from your iPhone or iPad.
Whether you manage a single production line or coordinate across multiple factories and countries, LeanGo MES keeps your entire team synchronized and response-ready around the clock.
KEY FEATURES
Real-Time Breakdown Alerts
Receive instant push notifications the moment equipment downtime is reported on the production floor. Every second counts — LeanGo MES ensures nothing goes unnoticed.

Automated escalation timers enforce lean response protocols with visual countdowns:
- 3 minutes: Notify Line Leader
- 10 minutes: Escalate to Area Manager
- Beyond: Alert Production Leadership Team (PLT)
Breakdown Lifecycle Dashboard
Track every breakdown from first alert through resolution. Separate views for new, ongoing, and closed events include full details, remediation justifications, and complete action history.
