Firms can now send claims straight into OSA from their own claims system, with the carrier, building details, flood zone and instructions already filled in. You'll get a notification when a claim or an invitation arrives, and you can give a reason when you reject a claim. Also in this update: every flood zone is available in Back Office, Building Type always matches Occupancy, Policy Form shows what the firm sent, company policyholders keep their name, and a Flood Control Number is no longer required to accept a claim or save your profile.

When they send it back filled out, tap Import on the Contents page: match their rooms to your buildings, floors, and areas (or create new ones on the spot), review everything, and add all their items in one step. • Rooms with typos can be merged, likely duplicate entries are flagged, and anything left blank is clearly marked so nothing slips through. • When an item includes a product link, jump straight to that page in the built-in browser and capture the replacement price in seconds. • You can now link an existing photo while adding a contents item. Camera • Bluetooth shutter remotes and the volume buttons now take photos on the camera screen — great for one-handed shooting on ladders and in crawlspaces.
