CareSpace connects you with your physical therapy and wellness care team between visits.
Use your iPhone's camera to take guided movement scans, follow exercise routines your care team assigns, and keep track of how you are moving over time.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Range-of-motion scans: follow on-screen and voice guidance while the camera measures how far a joint moves.
• Posture scans: capture front, back and side views for your care team to review.
• Exercise routines: follow assigned routines with demonstration videos and record your sessions for your care team.
• Questionnaires and pain check-ins: answer the surveys your clinic sends you.
• Progress: see your scan history and completed activities in one place.
• Reminders: optional reminders for your scheduled routines.
• Kiosk sign-in: scan the QR code on a CareSpace kiosk to sign in there.
HOW IT WORKS
CareSpace is used together with a CareSpace partner clinic or employer program. Sign in with the invitation from your provider. Your measurements, photos and videos are sent securely to your care team so they can review them and adjust your plan.
IMPORTANT
CareSpace does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Measurements taken with a phone camera are estimates. Stop any exercise that causes pain and contact your care provider or emergency services if you need medical help.
