More reliable overnight recordings: • If iOS closes the app overnight, the recording keeps going and resumes when you reopen the app. • Your ring reconnects by itself after going out of range or after Bluetooth is turned off and on. • Stop saves what was actually recorded; a save made offline uploads by itself once you're back online. • Two-step sign-in with SMS codes is more reliable. • Clearer messages about Bluetooth and starting offline. • Updated ring software and fixes.

- Eliminated a scenario where rings on old firmware crash before upgrading - Resolved a race condition by removing the ability to race all together - Better telemetry to triage phantom recording sessions

- Various bugs were squashed completely and without restraint - Support for Intervention adherence in Post-Sleep surveys - Improvements in device verification for traveling users

Version 2.0.8 · Spring 2026 release Highlights * A fresh look. Brand-new visual design built around the Absolute Rest moon, an animated sunrise sky background, and our new typeface — cleaner, calmer, and more consistent from sign-in to sleep tracking. * A safer sleep mode. The recording screen now asks "Ready to sleep?" before it begins, dims gently and uniformly across the whole screen, and shows a subtle "tap to wake up" hint after you've settled in. The first tap on a dimmed screen always wakes the display — it can never accidentally end your recording. * Smarter, safer sign-in. Added verification (hCaptcha) to Sign In, Sign Up, and Forgot Password to help keep your account secure. * Two-factor authentication. New phone-based two-factor sign-in with SMS codes, a resend timer, and clear retry options if something goes wrong. * Always on a supported version. The app now checks for required updates at launch so you're always on a safe, supported build, with a friendly nudge when a newer optional version is available. * Lots of bug fixes. Reliability and quality-of-life improvements throughout the app — especially around recording, device pairing, battery checks, and the profile screen.

A bug was removed from this plane of existence.

Slays a stubborn bug where a race condition caused a failure were two paths entered but only one path left. These paths no longer fight to the death.

Refined styling and a few bug fixes.

Enhancements: * When recording sleep using your sleep device the screen will automagically dim over time, in order to limit light pollution. Bugs: * Eradicated a bug where a existing logged-in user's session will invalidate certain sleep devices rendering them unusable until full restart * Squashed a bug where poor network connectivity invalidated certain sleep devices to become unusable until full restart * Removed a bug from this plane of existence that caused certain users sleep devices to unpair when in (for some reason) Airplane mode
