What's new in ProBusiness 6.1.0 • Work offline: create, edit and delete without a connection. Your changes are saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection is back. A banner shows when you are offline and how many changes are waiting. • Sign in offline: set a device PIN once, then open ProBusiness with it, even without a connection. • Faster person switch on a shared iPad: tap your name and enter your PIN. • Security fix: on a shared device, each person's changes are now sent only under their own account.

Sales order imports keep the right prices. New Maintenance screen to repair or flag older orders. You now stay signed in when offline.

Fixes saving new records for companies on the ProBusiness service.

ProBusiness 6.0 is here. Move to the ProBusiness service • When your company is ready, we move it from iCloud to the ProBusiness service together with you. Your data then syncs on every device of your team. • Before the move, the app makes an encrypted backup copy of your data. We keep it until you ask us to delete it. • You see every correction before the move. Your past orders and prices stay exactly as they are. AI assistant • Ask questions about your products, stock, orders and suppliers in your own words. • On-device answers with Apple Intelligence: your data stays on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. • ProBusiness AI, for companies on the ProBusiness service: it answers only after you agree, and it reads your company's complete data. • The app always shows which assistant answered. CSV export everywhere • Export any list or detail screen to CSV, with your current filters and dates. • Export center: choose the data, the columns, the filters and the subtotals, or export everything in one ZIP file. • The files open directly in Excel, with the separators of your language. Storage report • Profile → Administration shows how much data the app holds on this device: rows per type of data, oldest and newest dates, and file sizes. You can share it as plain text, with no business data in it. Fixes • Numbers typed with a comma or a dot are read correctly in every language. • Rates keep their decimals. • Stock is counted once for new movements and recounted after a deletion. • The app no longer loses its data file when it fails to open. • Administration tools appear only for the administrator. • New privacy policy: probusiness.mohaioo.com/privacy.
