TRACEE: Production Tracking for Small Factories
Stop losing track of orders. Stop the paper chaos. Start tracking production in real-time with QR codes.
TRACEE is a simple, powerful production tracking app built for small businesses and growing manufacturers. No IT team required. No complex software. Just scan, track, and know—instantly.
THE PROBLEM
70% of small manufacturers still use paper and clipboards. That means lost time, missed orders, and endless confusion. TRACEE changes that in under 60 seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a Process – Define your workflow (e.g., "Bake," "Assemble," "Package")
2. Add Products – Generate a Tracee Tracker (printable QR code with time log)
3. Scan with Your Phone – Start, update, or finish any step. Data syncs live
4. See Everything – Know who's working, what's in progress, what's done
KEY FEATURES
Real-Time Visibility
Know exactly where every item is in your production line. No more "Where's that order?" moments.
Tracee Trackers
Each QR code holds complete product information and full time history. Print, stick, scan. It's that simple.
No Training Needed
Workers use their own phones. The camera becomes a scanner. No special equipment required.
Live Dashboard
Access your dashboard on web. See active processes, completion rates, and bottlenecks at a glance.
