A deck of cards. Four exercises. 384 reps. No escape. Deck of Pain turns a 54-card deck into a full bodyweight workout. Each suit maps to an exercise. Flip a card, do the reps. Flip the next. Keep going until the deck is done. No equipment. No gym. No excuses. Just you and 54 cards. HOW IT WORKS Pick a difficulty. Each suit gets assigned an exercise: squats, push-ups, burpees, whatever the difficulty demands. Hit "Deal the Deck" and the cards start coming. The number on the card is your rep count. Face cards are 10. Aces are 12. Jokers are timed holds. Swipe right when you're done. Swipe left to skip (no judgment... much). A rest timer gives you a breather between cards. When all 54 cards are dealt, you're finished. That's it. No complicated programming. No AI coach. No 47-step onboarding. Shuffle. Deal. Suffer. Repeat. Custom: Pick your own exercises for each suit. Build your own punishment. THE MATH Each suit has 13 cards totaling 96 reps. Four suits = 384 reps plus 2 joker holds. The volume sneaks up on you. Card 1 feels easy. Card 40 does not. ADJUSTABLE REST Choose 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 1.5 minutes, or 2 minutes between cards. Or go with 5 seconds if you hate yourself.
