Blick can start the conversation now, not just reply to it. Write a brand-new email or open a Teams chat from one composer, and switch between the two before you send — the message you've written carries across. Pick recipients from your contacts or let type-ahead finish them as you go, add cc and bcc, and forward any email with a note of your own. Finding an older message is no longer a trip to Outlook. Search your whole mailbox, not just what's unread, and browse the recent inbox including mail you've already read. The Apple Watch does more than count now. Read your Outlook email and Teams chats in full on your wrist, then reply, flag, or mark them unread right there — the same private relay through your iPhone, with no account on the watch. Ask "What's my Blick" for a one-line headline of your next meeting and unread counts, then say yes to hear who your unread chats and emails are from and how many meetings you have left, and yes again for each remaining meeting by name and time. This update makes your Teams status more dependable: • Setting yourself to Offline now reliably shows you as Offline. • CheckIn always reflects your real Microsoft 365 status, and tells you when a status change didn't take effect instead of assuming it worked.

• Tapping a Teams chat now shows the conversation back to your last reply, so you can catch up on what you missed and respond in context instead of seeing only the latest message. • The "mark unread" actions for today's chats and today's emails now show a spinner while they work, with a quick note when there's nothing to bring back.

• Unread chats now shows every unread Teams conversation, not just your most recent ones. • Fixed the next-meeting countdown on the Apple Watch — it now ticks down accurately instead of freezing between updates.

CheckIn 1.1 brings your Microsoft 365 status to the rest of your Apple devices. Apple Watch: a new watch app shows your next meeting, the rest of today's schedule, your unread email and Teams counts, and your current presence on your wrist. Add CheckIn to your watch face or the Smart Stack with four complication styles. Set your presence or turn Out of Office on and off from the watch, and the change relays to your iPhone. iPad: CheckIn now uses a native split-view layout. Your day sits on the left, and the email, chat, or meeting you select opens in a reading pane beside it. Control Center: set your Teams presence and toggle Out of Office without opening the app. The Home Screen widget also gained one-tap presence buttons. Siri and Shortcuts: ask for your next meeting, your unread email or chat counts, your current presence, or a quick overview of your work day, and set your presence or Out of Office by voice. Across every surface, meeting cards now show a clear start-to-end time range and roll forward on their own as one meeting ends and the next begins. Open any email to see everyone it was sent to, not just the sender, and replies now go to the whole group. Also fixed a connection error that could appear when you returned to the app after it had been idle.

Improvements to the sign-in experience. Clearer messaging when an organization's Microsoft 365 settings need administrator approval, including instructions and a pre-drafted email you can forward to your IT team.
