MRD Talk brings essential business communication tools into a focused mobile experience, helping you stay connected to your workspace wherever you are.
Quickly find the right contact, review recent call activity, and access your authorized business phone line from one application.
With MRD Talk, you can:
• Browse and search your workspace contact directory
• View contact details including company, phone number, email and notes
• Review your recent incoming and outgoing call activity
• See call status, duration, timestamps and missed calls
• Connect an authorized business extension when softphone access is enabled
• Make and receive business audio calls directly within MRD Talk
• Answer or decline incoming calls
• Mute your microphone or switch between handset and speaker
• Use the in-call keypad when interacting with IVR systems
• Access your workspace, extension, roles and permissions from your account profile
MRD Talk is designed specifically for company-managed business communication. Workspace contacts, call records, extensions and permissions are provided by the MRD platform, keeping company information and access centrally managed.
For additional privacy, MRD Talk does not use your personal device contacts or place business calls through your mobile SIM. Business calls are handled through the authorized MRD calling service.
Secure sign-in, protected session storage and account-aware access help keep your business communication available while protecting your account information.
Feature availability may depend on your account permissions and your organization’s MRD Talk configuration.
