He intentado todo el día y todos los días de pasar libros de mi biblioteca pública y en el PocketBook me dice que no está en la nube y sí aparece en la nube, pero no se puede abrir

Al inicio no tenía problema pero de repente se dejó de sincronizar con mi pocketbook. Tampoco me deja vincular con Drive.
