IFC Query Studio is a focused IFC model interrogation tool for BIM, digital construction and information management workflows.
Import IFC models and query the data behind the model, not just the geometry. IFC Query Studio helps you inspect entity counts, search objects, check properties, review classifications, examine quantities, understand storey relationships and export structured query results.
Built for iPhone, iPad and native macOS, the app is designed for users who need a practical IFC data workbench without opening a heavyweight authoring package.

IFC Query Studio is deterministic. Query results come from the parsed IFC model data and are not guessed or invented. The app is built for local IFC interrogation, with no account required and no cloud processing required for core functionality.

Verified compatibility with iPhone Duo's folded, expanded and rotated display layouts, retaining loaded IFC models and query results when switching between display modes.
**Improved CSV Exports**
We've improved CSV export reliability for IFC query results and Smart View legends. Values containing commas, quotation marks and line breaks are now handled correctly, making exported reports more reliable when opened in Excel and other data tools.
