Muscle Map is a strength training and workout tracker built around a visual muscle map. Instead of only logging sets, reps, and weight, Muscle Map helps you see how every workout affects your body. During a session, Muscle Map shows which muscles you are training in real time. • Recovery and Progress Insights Review muscle intensity, recovery status, weekly progress, training volume, muscle coverage, and personal records. • Built for Different Training Setups Use Muscle Map at the gym, at home with dumbbells, or with bodyweight-only workouts.
