Notes • A link in a note now shows as a chip with the platform's icon and the video's title. Tap it and the reel plays right over the note. • Notes open in a reading view, with a clear way back to the list on iPhone. • Deleting a note moves it to the Trash, where it can be restored from the website for 30 days. Photos & video • iPhone videos upload at their original quality, with a poster frame, and play in a full-screen player. • YouTube links play inside the app too. Gear • Adding a kit to an event now tells you about any item that was left out, and why. Sign-in & account • If sign-in is temporarily locked after too many tries, the app shows exactly how long to wait. • Updated Terms & Conditions can be read and accepted in the app. Fixes • The app now opens on iPhones and iPads updated to iOS 27. • Three pop-ups that would not scroll on iPhone now do. • A venue's notes show only the ones for this event. • The full-screen photo, lightbox and floor-plan viewers sit correctly when the device is turned sideways.

Timetable — see a whole hair-and-makeup morning on one screen. Groups of timeline items now open as a folder, and where several people are working you get a full-screen timetable: who's with whom and when, coloured by the kind of appointment. Pinch to zoom, tap a name to follow one person through the day, drag a booking to move it. Timeline groups — related items fold into one band on every view. Swipe a group to delay everything inside it at once. Photo notes now show in the fullscreen viewer. TikToks and Instagram reels play inside the app. Stay signed in — no more being logged out every week, and your password manager can fill the login for you. Also fixed: opening the app on a wedding day takes you to the right event; push notifications are more reliable; family formals partner colours now match the website.

This update fixes several issues and adds a few small improvements. • Fixed a crash when opening a photo or video. • Adding a task to a checklist now saves reliably — previously it could report success without saving. • Floor plans now load on your device. • On the Timeline, the rain forecast now lines up with the hours beside it, and the "chance of rain now" reading reflects the current hour. • The current-time line and the shading above it now appear only on the day you are actually viewing, rather than on every event. • In Messages, the "This Event" filter now shows only conversations linked to that event. • The new-message button no longer covers the contact card, and the location row on that card is clearer. • Deleting your account now asks for your password first. • The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are now shown when you create an account. • You can now rate IntellEvent from Settings.

Notifications • Tapping a notification now takes you straight to what it's about — the right event, or the exact note you asked to be reminded about. • You can now read a notification in full. Press and hold any notification to open it. • Notifications for things that live on the IntellEvent website are clearly labelled, so you're never left wondering where something went. • Behind-the-scenes fixes to how notifications reach your phone. • IntellEvent's own notifications now carry our logo. Equipment • Move a piece of gear to another bag without losing its history. Messages • Couples can now start and name a group chat with their vendors. Also • The "+" button on event pages is easier to tap. • Assorted fixes and refinements throughout.

See who's on the app right now. Team members show an online dot while they're active, so you know who you can reach before you send. React to a message with an emoji — tap and hold any message. Notes can remind you. Set a time on a note and it comes back as a sticky note on the day, so a detail written weeks ago doesn't get buried. The Locations card now has a map. Tap Map to see every venue for the day at once, and tap a pin to label it. Better maps on the day. The team map now frames everyone who's sharing their location instead of always centring on you. Family Formals stays out of your way. The family toggle now slides away as you scroll through the shots. Equipment lists finish cleanly. A fully packed list says "Done!" and folds itself up so you're not scrolling past it. Fixes in this release: • A conversation with the same vendor across several weddings now shows up under every one of them, instead of only the most recent. • Being on wi-fi with no actual internet used to count as being online, which could silently lose a checklist tick. Fixed. • A message the app refuses to send now tells you why, instead of the text just reappearing. • Someone in the wedding party with an unusual role no longer goes missing from the card. • A questionnaire no longer shows an answer the couple has since changed their mind about. • The notes drawer, the pull tab and the page edges now look and behave the same on every page inside an event. • The microphone works on the second try, and a voice command that fails now says what went wrong.

Buttons across the app now respond the moment you tap them. A timing bug meant a tap could occasionally do nothing at all — signing in, saving, anywhere — and that's fixed everywhere. Invite people with a code they can read out loud. Alongside the QR scan, every event now has a short join code you can text, say over the phone, or type in by hand. Guests and family invited to an event now get their own view: the day's timeline pinned to the master schedule, their own to-do list, who's on the roster, and the shared photo gallery. Uploading photos is clearer — you can see at a glance whether you're adding to the gallery or to an album. Names with capitals inside them (DeVos, McCarthy) keep their spelling.

Talk to your event, and build a timeline a lot faster. • Voice commands. Tap the mic and just say it — add a note or a task, drop in a timeline event, push the schedule back, assign someone, reschedule an item, or ask for a location. Anything that moves your day is shown to you for confirmation before it happens. • Add or edit a timeline event and now pick the location right there — your event's own venues first, or search Google for a new one. Pick the space within that venue, assign crew, and add tags without leaving the screen. • Equipment kits are real. The Kits tab now shows your actual bags with their photos, and adding a whole bag to a checkout saves properly — including telling you when that bag is already packed instead of quietly adding it twice. • Long-press any gear row to swap which unit you're taking, and gear you'd marked "Not going out" no longer hides itself when you find it. • Location cards: rename the label on any location, and what you type is what you get — capitals and symbols are kept exactly as entered. A location with no label now shows the venue name instead of going blank. • The family card has a Children section, and people who belong to two families now show up in both. • Fixed: gear could show as packed when it hadn't actually saved. • Fixed: uploaded files keep their original names.

Signup asks who you are first Choosing your role used to be a small radio button partway down the form, and it was easy to miss — which meant people landed in the wrong setup. Now you choose first, on its own screen: hosting an event, a guest, a business owner, or part of a team. The form you get next is the right one for you.

Gear Handoffs — pass equipment straight from one event's team to the next. A handoff appears as its own step in the checkout flow, with the receiving team named in the header, and the gear moves for real once you check it off. Item notes that travel — flag a piece of gear with a note ("lens cap cracked") and it follows that item to every event it's assigned to. Smarter equipment picker — gear already checked out at another event now shows as "In use" instead of looking available.
