Easy to use interval training timer with six presets. Use it for your gym sessions, training at home, HIIT, isometric exercises or any other type of time based training. The app is built with buttons, big enough to be used with tired fingers or when buttons seem really small. All presets can be loaded on the main screen, so you don't have to change screens between exercises. Features ■ Customize six presets ■ Modify activity time, rest time and number of sets for each preset ■ Four sound sets included ■ Even works when the app is in the background! ■ Listen to music during training with any other app ■ Start and Pause by tapping the time or buttons ■ Fast-forward rest interval ■ up to 32 sets with 5 sec steps for times under 2 mins, 10 sec steps over 2 mins and 1 min steps over 8 mins (more than 32 won't work in background due to iOS restrictions) ■ Use the volume buttons to set the signal sound volume
