IPTV Room is a player for IPTV playlists and streams. Paste a link and watch.
It plays:
• MPD (DASH) and M3U8 (HLS) streams
• M3U playlists, grouped by category with channel logos, search and favorites
• EPG programme guides (XMLTV, including .gz) with now/next and a full day view
No account to set up, and no channels included — everything you watch comes from a link you supply. Links you paste are saved automatically and stay on your device.
Features:
• ClearKey DRM read straight from the playlist — no manual setup
• Custom headers (User-Agent, Referer, Authorization) for services that need them
• Subtitles and audio track selection
• Parental PIN per playlist, group or channel
• Auto-saves and remembers every link you add
IPTV Room Premium (subscription) unlocks a custom background, the full programme guide, arranging and hiding channels, unlimited playlists, resume playback, a channel keypad, QR playlist import, and syncing across your devices.
IPTV Room ships with no media of any kind and is not affiliated with any broadcaster or streaming service. You are responsible for holding the right to access whatever you point it at.

Más PLAYLISTS
- Turn off films and series for any playlist in its settings, and it shows live channels only. Handy for a playlist you use for television alone.
- Radio stations now sort themselves into Radio even when your provider has not marked them as radio. A group named like "AstroGO | Radio" is enough.
FILMS AND SERIES
- Synopsis, year, running time, cast and director can now come from TMDB, matched by a TMDB or IMDb id. Use your own TMDB key, or your own link that answers in TMDB's format.
- Add subtitles from any link: OpenSubtitles or any other source you trust.
- For providers: M3U playlists can now carry film details too. Put vod-id on each entry and vod-info on the #EXTM3U line, the same way tvg-id and url-tvg work for the guide. See "Synopsis and cast for M3U VOD" in our Docs.
PREMIUM
- List view: show a playlist as a compact list instead of the poster grid, chosen for each playlist. Everyone else keeps the grid.
FIXED
- Some films and series were missing from a playlist or from search. They are back.
- Picking a channel from search now opens exactly that channel.
- A channel whose stream fails at the provider now shows an error with Retry, instead of loading forever.

LANGUAGES
- Vietnamese joins the list, so IPTV Room now speaks eleven languages. Settings offers them in a single drop-down, each with its flag beside it.
- Use your own language: load a translation file from your device or from a web address. The app checks the file first. If it doesn't pass, the app stays in English and tells you why. Your choice is remembered every time you open the app. An example file and the steps are on our website.
PLAYLISTS
- Add a playlist from an M3U file on your device, not only from a link. A file is read once and doesn't refresh by itself. To update it, edit the playlist and choose the new file.
FILMS AND SERIES
- Press and hold a film, an episode or a series from your provider's VOD library to read what the library says about it: the synopsis, the director, the cast, the genres and a backdrop.
- User now can manually add their own Media libray on top of playlist.
WATCHING
- New setting: Prefer IPv4 for live streams. For networks where IPv6 is slow and live channels keep buffering, it fetches every live channel over IPv4. Off by default.
- A channel protected with Apple FairPlay, with no licence in the playlist, now says so plainly instead of playing noise and a scrambled picture.
FIXED
- Opening a very large playlist or film library, and its Favourites, no longer holds the app up while it sorts.
- Downloading a playlist or guide no longer makes the screen stutter.
1.2.8 6 oct
LANGUAGES
- IPTV Room now speaks ten languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Tamil, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese (Brazil). Choose one in Settings, each with its flag beside it, and the app changes at once without a restart. Channel names and your provider's own messages stay as your provider wrote them.
WATCHING
- The progress bar on a film or an episode now shows how much has already loaded ahead of where you are. Skipping forward into that stretch plays at once, without waiting to load.
- A warning from your provider about your account now appears at the top of the player for 15 seconds each time you open a channel, then clears itself, instead of staying until you closed it.
PLAYLISTS
- Refresh now asks your provider straight away whether your subscription is active. Renewed? Press Refresh and the playlist opens at once - there is no need to remove the link and add it again. The app also asks again when you come back to it after more than a minute away.
- When a premium provider moves to a new address, playlists on the old one follow it by themselves on the next refresh, keeping the provider's branding and premium features.
- A playlist from a premium provider now syncs between your devices only if the provider allows it.
PREMIUM PROVIDERS
- For a playlist from a premium provider, the app now tells the provider when a channel fails to play: the channel's name and the kind of failure, and nothing about you - never the channel's link, your device or your account. The provider can see which channels are failing and put them right.
FIXED
- Very large playlists and programme guides are now saved and read in small pieces, using far less memory. A save that is interrupted no longer spoils the copy already on the device.
1.2.6 1 oct
SEARCH
- Recent searches are offered as you start typing - the last ten for each playlist. They are kept on the device and are not sent anywhere.
- Searching now looks at what is on now as well as at channel, film and series names. Ask for a team while the match is on and the channel carrying it appears under Live now, with the programme's own image where the guide provides one.
WATCHING
- Screen brightness follows a vertical drag on the left of the picture on iPhone and iPad. Volume follows one on the right, on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- The speed of the connection is shown in the player while the controls are up.
- Pressing next in a series starts the following episode at once, rather than a second or two later.
- Choosing a subtitle, a soundtrack or a different video track on a film or an episode no longer leaves the other two out of step with it.
- On a Mac, the full-screen button has moved to the top right of the bar, beside the rest of the window's own controls.
- On a Mac, a held left button scrolls a long list, the way a swipe does on a phone.
PLAYLISTS
- Opening a playlist now shows its channels as soon as they are ready and fills in the guide and the films behind them, naming what it is still fetching instead of holding an empty screen.
- Refreshing from the list of playlists now refreshes. It no longer needs the playlist to be opened for the new channels to appear.
- Automatic refreshing is off until you turn it on in Settings, and the switch says what it will cost you. With it on, only the playlist you are watching is refreshed, and only once three hours have passed since the last one.
- A large playlist is held in fewer copies while it is being read, which leaves more memory to the picture.
PREMIUM
- A programme in the guide can be set to remind you before it starts, or to switch to the channel as it starts.
- Premium Playlist and films now carry their tag on every screen size rather than only on a wide one.
FIXED
- Moving from channel to channel many times over could end in sound playing over a black picture, until the channel was left and opened again. Reworked.
- A film or an episode that played sound with no picture, or refused to open at all, on streams whose segments are served from more than one address.
ALSO
- A provider who supplies a sign-in address now gets a button and a QR code for it, so an activation can be finished on whichever device is in your hand.
- Whether this device can reach the network, and which build it is running, are shown in the corner of every screen outside the player.

Series and films now have a library of their own, and the panel you
open while watching finds its way around it.
BROWSING FILMS AND SERIES
- Films and series now have a sort of their own, apart from live
channels. Choosing A to Z sorts the categories and the titles inside
them together; choosing the provider's order leaves both exactly as
the provider wrote them.
- Series whose titles are written in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic
or any other non-Latin script are now gathered into their shows and
seasons like every other series. They used to be left loose, one tile
per episode.
- Coming back out of a series returns you to the title you opened,
rather than to the top of the category.
THE PANEL WHILE WATCHING
- The panel now lists only what you are watching: channels while a
channel is playing, films while a film is playing, episodes while an
episode is playing. It used to list the whole playlist mixed
together, and to call a film a channel.
- For series it is a set of folders — the category, then the
programmes in it, then the seasons of one programme where there is
more than one, then the episodes — with a way back up at the top of
each.
- It opens on the item that is playing, inside the folder you reached
it through.
- Next Episode now appears a minute and a half before the end rather
than fifteen seconds, which is time enough to reach it.
ADDING A PLAYLIST
- A playlist address can be hidden as you add it, whether you type it
on the device or send it by QR code. A hidden address shows as its
first few characters followed by dots, and the entry can then be
removed but not edited.
- Comment lines in an M3U file are skipped rather than taken as part
of the channel above them, so a playlist that annotates its entries
loads in full instead of losing channels.
FIXED
- Changing the subtitle track part-way through no longer leaves the
screen blank for the rest of the programme.
- Opening a very large playlist, or a programme guide with thousands
of entries, no longer holds the app still while it works.
- An Xtream playlist is now read away from the main thread, so a large
one loads without freezing the screen.
- A download is now capped in size, so a mistyped address cannot
exhaust memory.
ALSO
- A clearer indicator while a channel is opening.
- The width of the category list can be set in Settings.
- An app closed by the system to free memory is no longer reported
afterwards as a crash.
- Fix crash issues on startup

More ways to add a playlist, and a set of playback fixes.
ADDING A PLAYLIST
- Xtream Codes portals are now a source type of their own. Enter the host, user name and password instead of a long link, and the app reports what the panel itself says - an expired subscription, a password it will not accept, or an account already in use on as many screens as it allows.
- Stalker Portal (Ministra) is supported, signing in with the MAC address your provider registered.
- XSPF, PLS and plain lists of addresses are now read as channel lists, alongside M3U and M3U8.
- Paste the link you were given and the app finds the file behind the page.
- Playlists served compressed are unpacked without needing to be declared.
FIXED
- A large playlist whose opening line carries many programme-guide addresses was saved as a single video instead of a channel list.
- A link that answers with a web page, an empty file or a portal error is now refused with a plain explanation, instead of being saved as a channel that cannot play.
- HTTP 401, 403, 404 and 429 replies are explained in words rather than reported as a failed download.
AUDIO
- Changing the soundtrack no longer freezes playback. The stream is reopened on the language you chose rather than switched part-way through, which this player cannot do reliably.
- The audio menu now marks the soundtrack that is actually playing.
- Automatic can be chosen again, and hands the decision back to the stream.
- Choosing a language after turning the sound off no longer leaves the channel silent.
- Asking for a 5.1 soundtrack is no longer answered with the stereo one beside it.
ALSO
- After a long spell in the background, every channel could fail to play until the app was closed and reopened. Fixed.
- Fewer repeated requests to your provider while a DASH channel is playing.
- The official Telegram channel and group are now linked under Settings.
- Enhance group handling across player and playlist pages for improved user experience
- Add TrackMemory model for audio and subtitle preferences
- Enhance WatchMark resumable logic for finished films
- Implement ChannelHealth service for background channel status checks
- Update LibraryController to manage recent watch history
- Integrate TrackMemory into SettingsController for per-channel track management
- Add sleep timer functionality to PlayerControls and PlayerPage
- Enhance PlaylistPage with recent watch clear functionality and dead channel indicators
