This mobile app was designed specifically for the retail stores operating out of brick & mortar store fronts & warehouses. A customer upon purchase of furniture or appliance may decide to get it delivered to his home or office or decide to pick it up personally from the store or the warehouse. This app allows the business to look up a customer based his name or the sale order number. Upon selecting the customer name, the app then displays the sales order details including the item sku and the current location, be it in the warehouse or the store front. The picker then knows where the item sku is, and he fetches it for the customer who can now sign on the tablet and acknowledge receipt of the items from the warehouse or the store. If for some reason there is some damage to the item, the business can take pictures of it with a promise to either fix it and deliver again later or have a support technician go out to the customer's address and fix it for them.
