Kana helps you learn Japanese hiragana step by step. You start with the basic sounds and work your way toward reading simple words and short sentences. Everything unlocks naturally as you learn, so you always know what to practice next.
How Learning Works
You begin with the five main vowel sounds. Each character becomes marked as learned after you get it right three times in a row. Once you finish a small group of characters, the next group becomes available. The pace is steady and manageable.
