The LabWare Mobile app complements LabWare's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution. The app is able to run customer defined workflows created using the LabWare LIMS Basic scripting language. This app can be used to perform typical LIMS functions such as:
- Sample Login
- Sample Receipt
- Test Assignment
- Result Entry
- Data Reviewing
- Reporting
- Instrument Management
- and more
You can use the device's native capabilities, such as the camera for taking photos and as a barcode scanner.
You can also use the device's GPS and navigation features to capture and display locations within the device's Maps application.
The app can extend the use of a LabWare LIMS session by allowing the device to perform tasks, with data from the task immediately passed back to the LabWare LIMS session.
LabWare Mobile requires connection to your company's LabWare server via WiFi or Cellular connectivity.
