This update is about trust — before you hand over a credit card, you should know exactly what you're getting. • Demo mode now lets you walk the full inspection lifecycle without an account: start an inspection, dictate a finding, work through a checklist, complete the inspection, and deliver the report. Every feature, live, no strings. • Onboarding illustrations replaced with actual app UI — the dashboard, dictation in progress, a report with findings, the agent list. What you see in onboarding is exactly what you'll use on the job. • Faster launch for signed-in inspectors — the app now loads directly into your dashboard on cold launch instead of briefly showing the sign-in screen. • Checklist fully accessible in demo mode — apply a template and mark items pass/fail so you can see how the checklist and finding workflow connect before committing.

Version 1.2 focuses on reliability for inspectors working in the field: • Offline photos preserved — photos taken while offline now always upload correctly when connectivity returns, even on slow or interrupted connections • Stays signed in on weak signal — the app no longer drops you back to the onboarding screen when you open it in a low-signal area • Dictation stability — fixed a crash that could occur when switching between Narrative and Recommendation dictation targets • Photo edits confirmed — adding photos while editing a finding now shows an error if upload fails, instead of silently closing • Tap-to-delete photos — rapid photo deletion in the finding composer no longer causes crashes
