Lock Screen Planner pulls your calendar, tasks, habits, countdowns, notes and progress into one view of your day — then puts the part that matters on the screen you already look at fifty times a day. No unlocking. No app to open....
DESIGN YOUR LOCK SCREEN
Choose from 35 ready-made templates across Schedule, Tasks, Habits, Progress and Personal. Preview each one filled with your own real data, then customise the background, fonts, colours and which components appear. Generate a wallpaper image, save it to Photos, and set it as your Lock Screen.
Want it to refresh on its own? The app includes a step-by-step guide and a ready-made Shortcuts action, so a Shortcuts automation you set up once can pull a freshly generated wallpaper every morning, every few hours, or when a Focus mode turns on. (iOS does not let any app change your wallpaper on its own — you stay in control, and the setup takes about a minute.)

Tap a circle on a widget to tick off a task or log a habit without opening the app. Every widget is configurable, with presets and a full-size preview screen inside the app.

ADD THINGS IN SECONDS
Type it in plain English — "gym mon wed fri 7pm" or "dentist next tuesday 3pm" — and the app builds the event, task or habit for you to confirm. The parser runs entirely on your iPhone.
TURN A PHOTO INTO A SCHEDULE
Point the camera at a class timetable, a shift roster, a poster or a booking confirmation, or share a screenshot from any app. Lock Screen Planner reads the text on-device with Apple's Vision framework, extracts the dates and times, and shows you editable drafts before anything is saved. Student Mode and Shift Worker Mode are built around this.
LIVE ACTIVITIES
Focus sessions and upcoming events can run as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

BUILT TO STAY ON YOUR PHONE
- No account and no sign-up
- No servers: the app has no network code at all
- Nothing is collected, tracked or sent anywhere — no analytics, no advertising SDKs
- Photos you capture are read on-device and never stored by the app
- Works fully offline, including on airplane mode
Every permission is asked for only when a feature needs it, and the app stays useful if you say no: skip Calendar access and you can still run tasks, habits, countdowns, notes, progress and widgets on the app's own data.
