Luid is a clean and modern water and drink tracker designed to make daily fluid tracking simple, visual, and easy to maintain.
Log water, coffee, tea, and supported drinks in seconds. Follow your daily progress, view your recent routine on a weekly chart, and review your drink history whenever you want. Luid helps you understand your everyday fluid habits without making tracking feel complicated.
You can personalize your daily goal, preferred unit, quick-add amounts, reminders, and app appearance to match your routine. History tools make it easy to review, edit, filter, or remove entries when needed.
Luid is designed with privacy in mind. Your drink entries, goals, reminders, settings, and local insights are stored on your device. Optional Apple Health support can save new water entries to Apple Health when you choose to enable it.
Luid is built for everyday wellness tracking and habit awareness. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Hydration needs vary from person to person, and excessive fluid intake can be risky.
Some advanced features require a paid Luid Pro subscription. Luid Pro may unlock deeper insights, interactive charts, timing analysis, drink balance insights, reminder intelligence, calendar heatmaps, personal records, recap views, custom drinks, and additional reminder flexibility.
