(defined as the log-average of GZMA and PRF1 expression in TPM) - CD274 (also known as PD-L1) gene expression in TPM - Mutational signatures in COSMIC database - Signature 3, which is associated with failure of DNA double-strand break-repair by homologous recombination. - Signature 4, which is likely due to tobacco mutagens. - Signature 6, which is associated with defective DNA mismatch repair and is found in microsatellite unstable tumors. - Signature 16, which may be associated with drinking alcohols. This function may help you obtain further insight into the molecular basis of your cancer sample.
