Mathlume is a focused math learning companion built to show not only an answer, but the reasoning that leads to it. Calculate with a capable scientific calculator, review structured steps for supported problems, scan printed or handwritten math using on-device text recognition, and build confidence with locally generated practice. Features: - Basic and scientific calculator with live results - Parentheses, fractions, percentages, powers, roots, trigonometry, logarithms, π, and e - Degree and radian modes - Step-by-step explanations for supported arithmetic and elementary equations - Camera and photo recognition powered by Apple Vision on your device - Editable recognition results and multiple candidate selection - Practice for arithmetic, fractions, percentages, linear equations, and powers and roots - Local streak, daily count, and review-focus tracking - Unit conversion across nine categories - Searchable history and favorites - Light, Dark, and System appearance Privacy is part of the design. Mathlume requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud sync. OCR, calculations, history, and practice progress stay on your device. Mathlume clearly identifies unsupported problem types instead of inventing an answer.
