MedCor4U is a non-invasive remote patient monitoring App. It allows you to self monitor your vital signs from home using medical devices from Omron, Beurer, MIR and FibriCheck.
MedCor4U App allows you to sync all your vital readings from the devices (via Bluetooth) straight to your hospital and healthcare provider systems, allowing them to monitor and access your readings.
In order to use the App, you must request an account with your healthcare provider and then follow the sign up process. Contact your hospital/healthcare provider to enquire about the enrolment process.
