Run every morning. Monday to Friday of race week. Before work. Anywhere on earth. The week adds up to a marathon. MegaMarathon is an asynchronous race. Nobody closes a road for you. Nobody hands you a bottle. There is no start gun. Only your alarm. You race everyone who signed up, and you never see them. Same week, different streets. The mornings are the only thing you share. Race week starts the second Monday of every month. Run all five mornings and your name goes on the wall, ranked by distance. Miss one and it does not. There is no partial. THE JAR Five cells, one per morning. Import the run from Apple Health, record it with the phone, or upload the file on the website. The server measures every run. In the jar means a run of 1 km or more, started before 12:00 local time, on that day. The length is your call. THE BADGES The week adds up. Pass 21.1 km over the five mornings for the half badge. 42.2 km is the marathon badge. 50 km is the ultra badge. THE WALL Everyone who ran all five mornings, ranked by distance, with the badge the week earned. Public. Permanent. THE SHELF Every finished edition is a jar on the shelf. Ten jars is a reward. Twenty is another. Twelve in a row is the year. COMMUNITY Say where you ran, what it looked like at 05:30, and how it went. Short. Honest. One photo if you like. Free. Public. Permanent. No fee, no kit, no medal. Just you against yourself.
