Multiple Properties, One App
Managing more than one home, apartment, or rental? Add as many properties as you need. Each property has its own set of meters, and the sidebar keeps everything organized and easy to navigate.
Multi-Rate Meters
Have a dual-rate electricity meter with day/night tariffs? MetersMate supports multiple rates per meter. Log readings for each rate independently and see separate consumption breakdowns.
Tariff History & Prorated Costs
Utility prices change — your tracking should keep up. Set tariff start dates and prices per unit. When a tariff changes mid-period, MetersMate prorates the cost automatically by interpolating daily usage across tariff boundaries.
Consumption Charts
Visualize your usage trends with monthly bar charts. See your current month's consumption, compare it to the previous month with percentage changes, and spot the 3-month rolling average at a glance.
Quick Readings
Adding a reading takes seconds. Enter meter digits, pick a date, and save. For multi-rate meters, all rates appear on one screen — dates sync automatically across rates for convenience.
iCloud Sync
Your data syncs privately across all your devices via iCloud. Log a reading on your iPhone while standing at the meter, then review the details on your iPad at home. No account to create, no server to trust — just Apple's private CloudKit infrastructure.
Customizable Meters
Name each meter, assign a color and icon, add a location note. Your meter dashboard is color-coded and visual, making it easy to find what you need at a glance.
