Mindful Kids! nurtures emotional growth and compassion through kid-friendly meditations and simple mindful activities that can be done alone, as a class, or as a family.
Through the Mindful Kids podcast, we aim to empower parents, teachers and caregivers by bringing the specialists in to cover hot topics and give expert advice.
The annual membership grants access to all content on the app.
Monthly Mindfulness is a monthly subscription that delivers a new meditation and mindful activities every month.
The meditation mini course teaches simple fundamentals of meditation for ages 4 to 104!
The Mindful Kids app is powered by the professionals at Brainwaves Transformational Therapies LLC, and strives to empower the next generation with tools and knowledge to show up empowered, grounded, and compassionate in the world.
We believe that everybody deserves love, joy, and peace. We nurture inner peace by providing solutions for emotional reactivity, which ultimately results in external peace too. Our mindfulness tools empower kids with ways to balance their nervous system when they feel that reactive state swooping in. Our hope is that these mindful kids will take these tools into adulthood and bloom into emotionally intelligent adults who spread kindness and compassion to every life they touch.
