Moment-E is an Ecological Momentary Assessment(EMA) app (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18509902/) used by researchers to examine fluctuations in mood and cognition during the day. The app will send reminder notification daily for 1-4 weeks asking users to complete questionnaire and watch videos. Users will download the app after completing a consent form approved by a university IRB. Thus, the target audience is research subject who choose to use the app for two weeks to provide researcher data on the fluctuation in their mood. Once the 1-4 week period has passed users are still able to use the app entry into the app still functional for up to 2 years. However they do not need to use the app after the 4 weeks and we will send no reminders. User will benefit by advancing science and study of mood and cognition.
