A big update for iOS 27: • Tide briefing for runners and surfers: see when the sand is firm or how good the waves are, with personal advice on devices with Apple Intelligence. • Sessions on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: count down to firm sand or the next tide. • New large widgets, including iOS 27's extra-large portrait size. • Ask Siri "When is low tide in Moonwater?" and find your favorites in Spotlight. • Drag favorites into your own order. • More accurate high and low tides: a double low water now shows its lowest point. Moonwater now requires iOS 27.

New: surf conditions! Alongside the tide you now also see swell period, wind (with direction) and whether it is offshore or onshore — handy for checking if the surf is good.

Improved: when a high and low water fall very close together, Moonwater now shows the most relevant point (the lowest low or highest high) instead of a small in-between ripple.

Fixed: the widget now shows your last viewed location instead of always the default place. Plus minor improvements.
