Mortuary Transporter is a professional documentation and workflow app for mortuary transport services. It helps funeral homes, mortuaries, trade professionals, and independent transporters manage first call intake, transport records, property inventory, digital signatures, and compliance documentation in one organized system.
Record transport details, maintain time logs, capture signatures, and keep documentation clear and consistent from intake through completion. Case references help keep each transport workflow organized.
Shared case collaboration lets an owner create an invite code so a transporter can join the same case from another device. This helps teams keep First Call and Property Inventory details aligned while preserving role-based workflow controls.
Completed forms and summaries can be shared through your preferred messaging platforms, including Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other communication tools.

Closed cases are now retained as archived Compliance records instead of appearing in active workflow lists. They remain available for review from Compliance, while the Main screen now focuses on active/current work.
This update also adds clearer retained-record messaging and improves safeguards around reopening or making closed cases current.

This update provides clearer messages when a synced case cannot be opened from the current device because the device is not a participant on that case. The app now keeps the current workflow unchanged when access is restricted and better distinguishes access issues from missing or incomplete Compliance records.
Also improved internal sync diagnostics to help troubleshoot case switching and collaboration issues more quickly.
