Feature Updates
- The Tickets tab now allows Autotask users to filter by multiple Queues
- ConnectWise users can now see and edit the Type, Sub-Type and Item values for a ticket
- The UI behavior when loading data has been made more obvious, and is shown consistently throughout the UI
Bug Fixes
- An issue where ticket notes weren't being correctly flagged as "Internal" in Halo PSA has been addressed
- On the SMS tab, the wording of the "Select Resource Item" menu has been changed to be more accurate - it's now called "Select SMS Configuration"
