Nearby got a full redesign — and now it tells you when someone writes to you. A NEW LOOK FOR NEARBY The Nearby list, user profiles, and chat threads have been redesigned from the ground up. Open someone's profile and there's one clear action: Send Message. Conversations get a cleaner thread that's easier to read at a glance. BLOCK AND REPORT Your safety tools are now right where you need them. From any profile you can block a person — you'll stop appearing to each other in Nearby — or report them to our team with a reason. Blocking can be undone in settings. MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS When someone sends you a message, Muscle Code now shows a notification so you don't miss it — with the Muscle Code logo where your system shows it. SNACK CALORIES, POLISHED Scan results now show a photo of each food match, so you can tell at a glance which one is yours. Products we already know no longer show up as "not found," and if a lookup fails mid-scan you still get the proper screen to enter calories, search, or report the product. BETTER IN SPANISH Snack Calories results now use real Spanish food names instead of English ones. Smart Coach's catalog just grew up — and Snack Calories now has an answer when a barcode comes up empty. A REAL EXERCISE CATALOG The exercise browser now ships with 1,324 exercises, each with real demonstration media. Filter by body part, equipment, or workout type, sort by difficulty, and pull anything into today's Smart Coach routine. SNACK CALORIES: NO MORE DEAD ENDS Scan a snack that isn't in our database yet and you're no longer stuck. You can enter its calories yourself, search for a similar product, or report it to our team with one tap — and when that product becomes available to scan, we'll send you a notification. A FRESH LOOK FOR YOUR GOAL AND BMI The "What's your goal?" screen has been redesigned with photos for each goal, and BMI tracking got a matching refresh — including manual edits to your entries. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Muscle Code can now send you notifications with news and announcements, so you hear about new features first. This release puts a coach on your home screen — and gives you a faster way to understand what a snack really costs you. SMART COACH (BETA) Muscle Code now proposes a workout for you every day. Smart Coach builds today's routine from your training goal, shows every exercise with a visual guide and its sets and reps, and then walks you through the session set by set with rest timers in between. You can search the exercise catalog, add exercises to today's routine, and change your goal whenever you like. It's marked Beta while the catalog grows — everything runs on your device, in English and Spanish. SNACK CALORIES (BETA) Scan a snack's barcode and see its calories translated into real-food equivalents, so a number on a wrapper becomes something you can picture. It's right on the home screen, and it works in guest mode too. ADD WORKOUT, REDESIGNED Logging a workout is now a focused 3-step flow instead of one long form. MAKE HOME YOURS During first-run setup you can now choose which Home widgets to show, so the dashboard starts out with only what you care about. Getting started is a real flow now, and the app reads properly in both languages. FIRST-RUN PROFILE WIZARD Setting up your profile is no longer one long form. Six steps walk you through gender, age, height, weight and any clinical conditions, one question at a time, with a review screen so you can check everything before it's saved. Your progress is kept as you go. WHAT'S YOUR GOAL The goal picker is now a swipe-through carousel with full-bleed photo cards, and it continues straight on from the profile wizard instead of dropping you into a separate overlay. PROFILE AND SETTINGS Profile, Settings and Edit Profile have been rebuilt as grouped cards. Theme and language now live in Settings, where you'd expect them, and long Spanish labels wrap instead of running off the edge of the screen. FIXES Workout type labels on Add Workout are readable in dark mode again — they were near-white on white. Health Info now follows the language you've chosen rather than the one you used when the reading was saved, and the Spanish IMC tabs no longer clip. NEARBY Nearby now initializes your location settings before it starts looking for people. Previously, if you had opted in to sharing your location, opening the app cold could still show you as location-disabled until you toggled something. The distance filter also now stays within the 10 km range the service actually supports, and the filter screen no longer overflows when the app is in Spanish. SUPPLEMENT SAFETY INFO When we have no warning data for a product, we now say so instead of showing "no specific warnings" — an absence of data is not the same as an absence of risk, and it should never have read that way. Product details also no longer show blank dosage cards for entries with nothing in them, and safety information you already had is preserved when a product is refreshed from the server.
