myGHI, the app for Global Healthcare
Easy and secure access to your global health insurance services at any time.
With the myGHI app, you have access to your global health plan and relevant documents (PDFs) anytime, anywhere. You can submit medical bills or request guarantee of payment for inpatient care conveniently around the clock. You will be kept informed about the status of the processing of the claims. Find your dedicated contacts for advice.
The main functions at a glance:
- View or download your global health plan’ documents;
- Submit doctor and medication bills simply by taking a photo;
- View the status of your submissions;
- Find healthcare providers within the GHI network around the world;
- Submit requests for Guarantee of Payment;
- Display your GHI insurance card.
It's easy:
- Download and open the myGHI app,
- Log in with the access data you defined during registration,
- Your entries in the app are immediately synchronised with the myGHI portal (browser version).
