Nafeza Mobile App provides the trading community a facility to perform a wide range of inquiry services in the area of customs and logistics services for a better Logistics experience.
The Application will enable traders to easily obtain updates and information about their trade transactions on the go.
Declaration inquiry:
This services allow traders to trace certain declaration in real time, to know its status and more details about their declarations such as the required documents, if there are additional documents required, invoice details also, if the financial claim has been issued, and more.
This Screen provides a form to allow the trader to check the status of declarations, just the Trader need to enter the National ID and Mobile No. that is associated with the declaration.
The Application will List the Declarations that are classified by declarations are finished/closed and declarations in progress
Initial number, 46 number, name of concerned person, bill of lading number, and applicant name, the required documents, (if there are additional documents required).
With these updates, traders can make prompt decisions and act accordingly to speed up the processing of their declarations.
Tariff inquiry:
This screen allow the trader to search in the customs tariff by either entering 10 digits of the HS code or the name of the goods.
Customs Foreign exchange rate:
The Exchange Rate Search function allows traders to find out the published Customs exchange rate of different currencies against the Egyptian pound.
Logistic Services Center status inquiry:
The application will provide the trader some sort of information about the center such as total number of waiting visitors, and no. available windows for certain service, and average waiting time inside the center.
