We fixed a bug which caused certain modals to not show when they were supposed to show, making it impossible to for example save results from Image Extract to moodboards, and to save images to moodboards.

You can now easily switch between different colour variants of the same product — perfect for comparing materials like flooring, paint, fabric, or wallpaper in all their available shades. We’re gradually migrating products to this new format, so keep checking back to discover more colour-rich product experiences! This update also includes minor improvements and bug fixes to keep your experience smooth and reliable.

We addressed a bug which caused the last colour extracted from images not to be saved correctly to moodboards.

We’re excited to introduce Image Extract on mobile! Identify the closest NCS 2050 colour(s) from any image - just snap a photo with your camera or pick one from your library. You can then easily save your extracted colours to a moodboard or share them instantly with clients, partners, or friends as an image. You can access Image Extract via Search by tapping the Camera icon next to the search field. Lighting- and material conditions do affect the results, so make sure to verify your results against physical references or use a Colourpin for more precise results. Happy extracting!

Fixed a bug which degraded the matching accuracy for Colourpin Pro users when scanning.

Our biggest update in a while! Identify not only the closest matching NCS colour for your scans but also the approximate NCS code of the surface. Add the scanned surface to your moodboards to use as inspiration. Understand the difference between the surface you've scanned and the match suggestions with NCS differences as well as Lab differences. We have cleaned up the Match and Compare screens for Colourpin users, streamlining their visuals to more clearly show the colour difference, moving away from the star rating system in favour of showing the dE00.

Improved the Match Results screen which now allows you to quickly swipe between the closest matching colours, as well as easily adding any match to a moodboard of your choice.
