NDT Helper is the professional companion app for Non-Destructive Testing inspectors. Capture, organize, and report
inspection defects with a streamlined mobile workflow designed for field use.
SMART DEFECT CAPTURE
Photograph defects with automatic watermarking that stamps each image with the defect ID, timestamp, category, and
dimensions. No more manually labeling photos after the fact. Use the built-in zoom control for detailed close-ups of
cracks, porosity, undercuts, and other indications.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Organize your work into projects, each containing its own defects, photos, and diagrams. Track defect status through
the full review lifecycle: Pending, Progression, Static, Repaired, or Missed. Filter and browse defects in a visual
grid with color-coded status badges.
EQUIPMENT TRACKING
Maintain a complete inventory of your NDT equipment with serial numbers, calibration dates, and maintenance status.
Get clear visibility on which instruments are calibrated, due soon, or overdue. Supports all major NDT methods: UT,
MT, PT, RT, VT, and ET.
INTERACTIVE DIAGRAMS
Upload technical drawings or weld maps and place color-coded defect markers directly on the diagram. Tap any marker to
see full defect details. A built-in legend shows status at a glance — perfect for client presentations and final
reports.
RAW DATA RECORDS
Log raw inspection data with client information, location details, and linked equipment. Attach photos and associate
records with specific projects for complete traceability.
TEAM COLLABORATION
Share projects with teammates using simple 6-digit codes. Push and pull changes to keep everyone in sync. See
collaborator count and pending changes at a glance.
WORKS OFFLINE
All data is stored locally on your device. Capture defects, manage equipment, and build reports without an internet
connection. Sync to the cloud when connectivity is available.
