Ninefold was built by a licensed clinician who wanted anyone serious about inner work to have a self-directed tool that actually goes somewhere. Influenced by CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic approaches, parts work, ACT, Psychodynamic and existential traditions, and others, the app translates psychological ideas into reflective, plain-language practices rather than clinical content.
