What's new in 3.8 • Correct weekday before sunrise: If you opened Panchangam before sunrise, it used to show yesterday's weekday and Rahu Kalam next to today's date. The weekday, sunrise, Rahu Kalam and Yamagandam now all match today's date. • Sankalpam before sunrise: For early-morning pooja, the Sankalpam now follows tradition. It keeps the previous day's weekday and tithi until sunrise, and the card shows a note when this applies. • Live timings: The Rahu Kalam and Choghadiya "now" highlights update on their own while the screen is open. • For travellers: The home-screen widget and auto dark mode now follow your chosen Panchangam city's time zone instead of your phone's. • Your data is safe: Upgrading from a very old version of the app now keeps your favourites, streaks and settings. Nitya Pooja is still completely free, with no ads.
