Ntrval is free for core interval timers, stopwatch, and alarms. Optional annual subscriptions unlock more:

• Pro — $39.99/year: the workout builder, exercise library, templates, and sharing
• Business — $79.99/year: everything in Pro, plus the commercial Display Board for gym TVs
Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Timer builder improvements, based on your feedback:
• Press and hold any interval to drag it into place — select several to move them together.
• Duplicate again and again: keep tapping Duplicate to add copies of intervals or whole groups.
• Choosing an interval type (Rest, Warm Up…) now updates its name and color to match.
• Two new timer sounds: Standard Beep (Long) and Low Beep (Long).
• Fixed the Library back button being hard to tap after an edit, plus other polish.
