Welcome to the Nutri-IBD online diary! Nutri-IBD is an international study group that investigates the effects of food and other daily activities on various diseases. With your help we will collect data on disease relapses and remissions and associate them with preceding triggers. After acquiring data from multiple participants from around the world, we will identify risk factors for disease exacerbations and uncover novel ways to harness food and other non-pharmaceutical interventions to combat the disease. By using this dairy you will be able to log food, symptoms, including ones related to poop, school attendance, sports, medications, including supplements, and emotional stress. The more you log, the better we understand your daily routine and the factors that may affect you. This application is meant to be used by children and adults alike.
