Food should not be a mystery. Over the last decade, understanding nutrition labels has become increasingly difficult. Nutritutor was built to fix this. Nutritutor is a holistic educational tool designed to teach you exactly what fuels your body and how to understand your unique metabolic requirements. We do not support fad diets or untested theories. Instead, we use your physical metrics to provide a transparent, objective baseline sourced directly from leading clinical organizations like the USDA, AHA, and NIH. Key Features: Personalized Metrics: Calculates your precise Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and daily caloric targets using the clinical Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Nutrient Breakdowns: Understand your minimum requirements, optimal goals, and maximum limits for calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, sodium, sugars, cholesterol, and potassium. Interactive Visualization: Input a serving size and instantly see how it fits into your daily limits using dynamic pie charts and capacity gauges. Actionable Education: Discover the physiological impact of every nutrient. Learn the difference between simple and complex carbs, the role of essential vitamins, and how to balance your dietary intake. Absolute Privacy: Your health data is yours. Nutritutor operates entirely offline and on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your physical metrics. You have the knowledge. Now you have the baseline. Welcome to class.
