A breathing session now keeps going when your phone locks, and comes back on its own if a call interrupts it. Put the phone down, close your eyes, and the voice guides you to the end of the session. Sound resets and soundscapes keep playing with the screen off, with full Lock Screen controls.

Today's insight now appears as soon as you open the app, with your day and week in the 6-Week Reset, so there is something to read before you reflect. The opening card says something different each day. Fixed: the widget counted two tracker rows as your own actions, so the number read higher than it was. Recovery Scores now include your sleep, naps included. When a nap syncs from Apple Health during the day, your Sleep and Energy scores update right away, together with the sleep card.

Clearer wearable scores: gentler labels, honest guidance on the devices they need (Apple Watch, Oura, or Whoop), and a clearer message on nights your watch was not worn.

The overnight Stress score is now called Resilience, so a higher number always means better recovery, matching Sleep Recovery and Energy. Tidied up the Recovery score tiles so they match the look of your other dashboard scores.

Your dashboard now shows three wearable scores - Stress, Sleep Recovery, and Energy Readiness - drawn from your overnight data, with a short calibration period while it learns your baseline.

ooddle now asks an occasional quick question after a notable wearable signal (like a good night of sleep or a dip in recovery) to learn how your data maps to how you actually feel.

Movement and recovery now count. Complete your daily Move and Rest actions and watch your score reflect them. The dashboard no longer shows the sleep card when there is no sleep data.
