Tania Drago is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, Oovique practitioner, and lifelong student of mindful movement with over 17 years of experience in body alignment and integrative wellness. She discovered Pilates at 16 and has since devoted her life to helping others move with strength, precision, and ease. Certified at 23, Tania holds multiple comprehensive Pilates certifications through the Kane School of Core Integration, Club Pilates, and the STOTT/Start Classical systems. She has studied under second-generation Pilates teachers who carry the direct lineage of Joseph Pilates’ original method and has completed numerous anatomy and movement science courses. Tania continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education in Oov methodology, biomechanics, breathwork, and Pranayama. As a certified Oov practitioner, she incorporates this innovative, three-dimensional training tool both on the mat and the reformer to enhance spinal alignment, postural stability, and neuromuscular control. The Oov’s dynamic support helps re-pattern movement, awaken deep stabilizers, and restore natural alignment throughout the body. Tania’s teaching blends structure and soul—combining classical Pilates precision with modern science and the power of conscious breath. Her mission is deeply personal: to create a space where movement feels intelligent, intuitive, and healing. At Pilates by Oov in Largo, Florida, every class is intentionally small—limited to just seven clients—to ensure each person receives genuine one-on-one attention within a supportive, restorative environment.
