The OpenEMIS Survey application is a data capture tool that is designed to collect data at the school or district level. With the OpenEMIS Survey application, it is possible to download survey templates that are customized and generated on an OpenEMIS Server online. The OpenEMIS Survey application can then be used offline to conduct surveys via mobile or tablet. Once the survey questions are completed, the file can be uploaded back to an OpenEMIS Server for analysis and reporting.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The OpenEMIS Survey application is able to function offline without an active Internet connection. However to download or upload survey templates, an active Internet connection (either 3G or Wi-Fi) is required.
