OutOfRoundness is a quick geometry and fit-up calculator for piping and fabrication checks. It calculates misalignment (hi-lo) percentage and ovality/out-of-roundness from your measured diameters. If you need values in mm instead of percent, it converts out-of-roundness into a clear thickness-style number. It also supports ellipticity checks and bend checks such as D-to-R limits, bend radius, and estimated thinning. For site work, it can calculate pipe slope percentage for proper drainage and alignment. It also helps find alignment or offset from coordinates and can compute angles between two vectors. You can also get angles from simple rise/run inputs. Use it to reduce rework by confirming fit and shape before welding or final assembly.
