Pinity TaskFlow is a smart work and task planner designed for drivers, greeters, and transportation partners who want to take part in passenger transportation operations.
Whether you are a driver, a greeter, or a partner providing transportation services, you can join the system and receive tasks assigned to you. With TaskFlow, you can:
>View and manage reservations assigned to you
>Track pick-up and drop-off details in real time
> Collaborate with teams in different roles (drivers, greeters, coordinators)
>Receive instant notifications when a new task is created
>Access live location & trip information
Background Location Use
This app uses background location tracking during active jobs. Location data is required so that:
Operators and agencies can monitor vehicles in real time,
Passengers and partner firms can see accurate arrival times,
Notifications and updates reflect the driver’s live position.
Location is only tracked during active duties and is not used outside of job assignments.
How to get access & a password
Pinity TaskFlow is open to any driver, greeter or transportation partner who wants to work with our network — it is not restricted to a single company. There are two ways to get access:
>Invitation / Provision by Operator — Your employer or a partner company can provision an account for you. When the operator adds you in their system, you will receive a login method (an email or SMS with a link) that lets you set your password and sign in.
>Register & Request Access — Download the app, register with your phone number or email, verify via OTP, and submit an access request. Once approved by our operator/dispatcher, you will be notified and can set your password or use the one sent to you.
Note: All accounts are tied to authorizations in our reservation system — only approved users can receive job assignments. If you want to join and start accepting tasks, register in the app or contact the operator who works with our platform.
TaskFlow works in sync with Pinity FirmWork — an app for agencies and companies making reservations. Reservations created by those firms are shared with authorized TaskFlow users. This enables agencies to dispatch jobs while drivers/greeters using TaskFlow receive them in real time.
