The Apple TV app, which is what I use to workout, just doesn’t work. The search function and content in general is deficient or missing.

Don’t do a trial — they will charge you

Seems like there’s a reason they don’t offer In-App-Purchases (i.e., subscriptions via the Apple Store) instead, they take you to their website. For a trial, a CC is required. I signed app, and I canceled the trial two days before it expired. However, over a week later, I got a charge for $17. I logged in and saw my membership was active. I canceled once again, this time taking screenshots, and contacted them immediately for a refund. However, they are unwilling to refund me despite not using the app once and contacting them the day they first charged me. Their app is very slick (although not good UX for my needs) but their customer support and company is bad.
