Practice Planner is designed to revolutionize how sports teams organize practices and events. Coaches and event managers can effortlessly create events by specifying details such as number of groups, date, start and end times, and the maximum number of participants for each session. For example, for an event on 9/20/2024, Group A can be scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a cap of 5 participants, while Group B runs from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with up to 3 participants. Event Managers will receive their own team code to share with their participants, and the participants can easily join the team or group they’re part of.
Signing up is a breeze—just click the sign-up button for the group you want to join! Both event managers and participants can view who has signed up, making it easy to track attendance and follow up with those who couldn’t make it. Plus, coaches can add comments to each event, and these comments will automatically translate based on the user’s language preference, enhancing communication across diverse teams.
