Group tasks by Goal without splitting your work into separate lists. Focus on one Goal, reorder its tasks, then return to your full list with those priority changes automatically preserved.
Give a Goal a target date and Propelo can warn you when its tasks are currently prioritized too low to finish in time.
DYNAMIC COMPLETION ESTIMATES
Month-by-month completion markers appear directly in your task list, showing roughly how far down the list you're likely to reach by the end of each month.
This makes it easier to see what realistically fits, move deadline-sensitive work higher, and deprioritize less urgent tasks without building a complicated long-term plan.
RECURRING TASKS AND SNOOZE
Recurring tasks appear above the Today Line when due and stay there until completed.
Snooze anything that doesn't need your attention yet. It disappears for now and returns when you need it.
