This version is a complete rebuild of the Pubble app. It offers a faster, more stable and consistent experience. We hope you enjoy! While this version doesn’t include a lot of new features, it’s packed with a host of critical improvements: -Complete rebuild (no code carried over) -3-5 x faster than previous version -Notifications take you to the correct channel -File uploads now supported -Authentication works consistently -Familiar UI with lots of improvements -Etc. Importantly, this version of the app will allow us to continue to improve it over time. With the previous app, we ran into several blockers that eventually stunted progress. After updating you will need to re sign-in. You can use the password reset function on the sign-in screen if you have forgotten your password. Thanks for updating and hope you enjoy our new app!

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Now it is available to add reminder to question conversation.

Allow user to add customer enquiry / internal question. Allow user to shift to other community easily.

Tagging your conversations with keywords enables you easily search and categorize them. You can now query conversations by tag with a single click! fixed empty post menu issue in some situations.

Now you can prompt pre-entered messages to reply to any visitor chat item in a conversation. No need to constantly type out the same responses to repetitive visitor queries. The best thing - the most relevant responses will be automatically prompted to you! When the light bulb glows, check it out! We've made adding FAQs much more simple and easy. The form has been simplified and you can now attach relevant images or files to your FAQ. Remember, you can add FAQs from within a conversation, so if a visitor asks an interesting question you can add it as an FAQ there and then.

Moderators are able to add notes to conversation. Fixed a few UI issue and conversation menu on conversation right view. Improved question and faq search.
